Collaborated with the engineering department, negotiated with vendors, internal and external stakeholders to evaluate products, design and construct infrastructure, hardware and software solutions to solve business problems.
Executed deployments in over 70 stations nationwide with more than $75 million dollars in assets. Projects included Amtrak’s flagship stations New York, Washington, Philadelphia and Chicago with ridership exceeding 20 million passengers annually.
PIDS SME for the $1.6 billion Moynihan train hall renovation. Led meetings with multiple agencies and vendors to define technical specifications, business rules, legal obligations, and design.
